When will I receive my stuffed animal?

All stuffed animals within the USA and Canada are shipped out by Fedex Ground and should be received within 5 - 8 business days (unless stated otherwise in the stuffed animal description. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. After we have shipped out your stuffed animal(s), you will receive a shipping confirmation with an estimated delivery date.

Stuffed anmials being delivered outside of the USA and Canada are shipped with USPS Priority Mail, and can take up to 14 business days to receive.
